Which government agency recognises LHESSA Corporation to conduct technical safety inspection?
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), through the Occupational Safety and Health Center. LHESSA Corporation is an accredited Testing Organization under DOLE-OSHC Accreditation No. 1410-18020618-007.

What is the frequency of inspection for lifting equipment?
At least once a year.
How do you assure the technically safe quality of the equipment?
Safe quality is assured following our technical inspection, which is carried out with calibrated instruments and documented in a report reviewed by a Professional Mechanical Engineer.
If an accident happens due to equipment failure, whose responsibility is it?
It depends on the cause. If the accident was caused by operation, it is the operator's responsibility. If it was caused by parts failure, it is the owner's responsibility.
